Selected work

The work behind the resume.

Throughout my career, I've worked beside the C-suite: the CEO and COO of Wich, Wich & Wich PA, the Treasurer of Spelman College, small-business CEOs as a virtual executive assistant, the CIO and his leadership team at Ohio's Department of Job & Family Services, and, as secondary support, the CEO, COO, CFO, and CHRO at Sensience.

The four engagements below are my most recent. Each one shows the brief, what I did, and the scope of the work.

Four VPs and the C-suite, one operating rhythm

Executive Assistant, C-Suite and VP Support

Four VPs across five functions, each with full calendars, travel, and spend to manage, a C-suite that needed dependable coverage, and the industry's major trade show on the calendar. I was primary support to the VPs and, with a fellow EA, secondary support to the CEO, COO, CFO, and CHRO.

What I did

  • Secondary support to the CEO, COO, CFO, and CHRO, in tandem with a fellow Executive Assistant.
  • Primary partner to the VP of Marketing & Product Management while supporting three other VPs.
  • Managed complex calendars, domestic and international travel, expense reports, and purchase orders for all four; reconciled spend in Brex.
  • Led logistics and executive prep for the AHR Expo.
  • Ran onboarding for new VP-level hires and served as the operational point person across HR, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Prepared internal communications and leadership presentations, and tracked budgets and vendor contracts for compliance and cost control.
